Karate Classes in Doral, FL
Kobushi Dojo Doral has taught Shito-Ryu Karate-Do in Doral since 2002. We train students from age four through adults, in one of the four main styles of Japanese karate, under the Keishin Kyokai lineage of Soke Yoshimi Inoue.
We are open Monday to Saturday and we are flexible with schedules, especially for families. Stop by and we can evaluate options for you.
Our programs
Monday to Thursday the dojo runs four one-hour classes, grouped by age so students train alongside others at a similar stage. All belt ranks train together within each age group. We are flexible with schedules, especially for families — contact us and we can evaluate options for you.
Ages 5 and up

The main children's programme, running in two one-hour slots so families can pick the time that fits. Stances, kata, kumite and grading toward coloured belts.

Traditional Shito-Ryu for older students, from complete beginners to advanced grades. No prior experience needed, and students from other martial arts are welcome.

Technical Karate Conditioning
Sport Kata & Kumite · Add-on
Competition-focused conditioning for members. A monthly membership is required; the $15 fee covers both the Friday and the Saturday session.

Classes are led by Kyoshi Carlos Quintero, 8th Dan, founder and head instructor, together with a teaching team with more than 50 years of combined experience in Karate-Do Shito-Ryu.
