We are incredibly proud to celebrate Ornella Martinez and Gonzalo Figueroa for their recent achievement in earning their Judge D Certification from USA NKF, in both Kata and Kumite. This marks an important milestone that reflects their deep commitment to mastering the art of karate — not just as athletes and instructors, but now also as certified officials who will contribute to the integrity and excellence of our sport at the regional level.
Eduardo Gomez, who already holds a Judge Certification from USA NKF, continues to advance his training and deepen his expertise by remaining actively involved in official education and refinement. His commitment to growth sets a powerful example.
We also recognize Kyoshi Carlos Quintero, who has long served as a Judge and Referee in national and international tournaments. Recently, he began a new initiative at our dojo: creating opportunities for hands-on practice every Saturday, helping others convert theory into real-world experience — an essential skill for any aspiring Judge or Referee.
